Bryce has helped RKMC manage operations, performance metrics and industry audit compliance at the AOC since 2008. He has been remarkable in delivering excellent service quality and consistently exceeding SLA requirements. Bryce is a central point of contact for key IT areas such as IT Audit Controls & Compliance, Identity Management and Vendor relations. The AOC currently processes 16,000 access requests each month, servicing over 40,000 WellPoint employees nationwide. |
