Raj Khanna - President & CEO

Dear Colleagues & Friends,

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RK Management Consultants, Inc, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website.

I have never been more excited about the services and solutions we offer to all of our clients. I began my career in 1976 in the IT industry at Arthur Anderson, as an IT consultant. I moved up the ranks by making myself known as an independent contractor at various Fortune 500 clients throughout the US, such as Kraft Foods, United Airlines, Motorola, GE, Allstate Insurance, BP AMCO and Sears – just to name a few. After 10 years of working, I clearly saw the evolution of technology, the change in how we worked, how systems were developed and projects were completed. I decided that it was time for me to branch off and put my own ideas in action. Over 20 years later, the result, a global information technology-consulting firm that is recognized both nationally and internationally.

Our success is a reflection of the dedication of our staff and the trust our clients have placed in us for over 20 years. And now, for the next 20 years, we will continue to employ a talented, hard working and diverse team dedicated to making sure your needs are met. We will strive to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and hard work. Comming Soon! Ganga Hettiarachchi - Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Ganga manages RKMC business development, recruiting, resource management and the day-to-day operations. Ganga has extensive knowledge and experience in providing clients with technical as well as overall environment management, including architectural design and development of integration points. He works closely with our clients to ensure that there needs are met and also insures that our in-house processes and procedures are in place. Ganga also possesses years of experience in website and graphic design. He has in-depth experience having worked with many technologies and has installed network and network management technologies at various customer sites. Ganga holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.


Nick Sehgal - Sr. Account Executive

Nick is responsible for managing the client relationship of several RKMC key accounts. He also has a proven track record of bringing vision and powerful impact to corporations, directly impacting their business growth from a creative and technical perspective. With nearly 10 years in the consulting business, Nick has established an excellent reputation as one of the most well respected hands on account managers in the Chicago land area. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT industry which he has used effectively to develop a strong client base throughout the US and Southeast Asia. He is known for efficiently delivering results to his client. Nick holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia.


Nidhi Khanna - Sr. Account Executive

Nidhi has over six years of experience in the field of IT consulting and management. She has worked and consulted with various Fortune 500 corporations, throughout the US, such as: Accenture, Deloitte & Touche, Allstate Insurance, Kaiser Permanente, Thrivent Financial and Sprint Communications. She also has extensive experience in human resources, vendor management, supplier diversity, and public relations areas. Nidhi’s personal philosophy in regards to our clients and consultants is that they are integral to everything we do – we must always work in the best interest of our clients and staff, while maintaining efficiency and integrity. Nidhi makes every effort to build personal, professional relationships, which endure beyond assignments. Nidhi graduated with a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.


Rishi Kapoor - Director of Marketing

Rishi is responsible for client servicing and new business generation. He has over 10 years of marketing experience in developing market strategy and policies. Having worked with various corporations in Canada and the US – he is able to understand client needs and deliver results. Rishi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, Toronto, Canada and has also completed certifications in Basic, Advanced and Core Java Programming.


Richard Blando - Head of Recruitment

Rick comes to RKMC with over 20 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, having worked with various corporations, such as: Motorola, PepsiCo, McDonald’s Corporation, Abbot Laboratories and Northern Trust Bank. Since leaving the consulting world 8 years ago, he began working on the other side of the spectrum – where he finds smart, savvy resources and delivers them to our clients. Rick manages both our internal recruiting staff, in addition to our off-shore recruiting staff. His approach and practices have led him in successfully placing over 300 consultants at our various client sites throughout the US. Rick attended DePaul University, where he received a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
