Project Manager

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage delivery timelines, coordinating with teams both inside & outside of the Infrastructure Organization.
  • Work with various Teams and IT Leaders within the Infrastructure Organization to make improvements to risk management, communication management, financial management, approaches, and processes.
  • Work directly with business sponsors & support teams to deliver key initiatives through the project lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Manage resource allocation across internal and external projects while managing to current budget; Manage financial budgets ranging from $450K-$1.5M
  • Conduct Monthly Financial Reviews across multiple projects
  • Orchestrate & deliver capital funding plan to internal review board for approval of spend & strategic planning.
  • Weekly reporting of project status and financials to executive level leaders
  • Weekly time reports to ensure proper financial reporting to executive level management
  • Act as a single point of contact for delivery to product leads/business operations/cross functional groups
  • Updates and communicates release status, escalates issues in a timely manner where required
  • Facilitates post-release evaluation meetings to discuss issues and identify improvement opportunities after major releases; provides communication to cross-functional teams throughout release cycle.
  • Responsible for managing iterations and assisting in planning sessions while using Version One.
  • Manage and maintain backlog of work using Version One; assisting with set up of tasks and time entry to ensure project timelines are maintained.
  • Upkeep of RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision) log in SharePoint.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites by migrating data, organizing a consolidated process, and providing access rights.
  • Technologies Used: Microsoft Project Pro, Microsoft Office, IBM Cognos TM1, SharePoint, ServiceNow & Version


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent with 2 years of experience in related occupation is required.
